We've partnered with Dekker/Perich/Sabatini’s Human Resources group to provide a 4-part YPA Toolkit Series that will improve your new or changing work reality! During Part 1 of our series, you will be “Learning to Listen”.
During this workshop, Dekker/Perich/Sabatini’s Carolyn Laarkamp (HR Director) and Kathy Asplund (HR Generalist) will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to improve your listening skills. You will learn how hearing and listening are not the same and why effective listening skills are so important in the work place. Finally, you will learn how to recognize and overcome common barriers when listening.
